SHIPPING
Postage on your order is calculated by the weight of the goods. Each item has a unit value shown in the catalogue (for example 1 CD = 1 postage unit, 1 DVD = 2 postage units and 1 medium sized book = 5 postage units). When the units are added together, this gives the amount of carriage added to the order.

ORDERS OF £50 OR OVER ARE SENT POST FREE TO UK ADDRESSES.
Postage may be reduced on larger overseas orders at our discretion. There is a maximum parcel weight of 2kg (5kg for books) outside of the UK.
Undelivered Orders
If your order has not been delivered, you must contact us within 30 days from the date of despatch and we will take the appropriate action. No claim can be made after this time.
RETURNS
Delivery/Shipping Charges
If you are returning any item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the cost of return postage. Otherwise you will be responsible for the charges in connection with your purchase.
Returning a Defective Item
If the product is defective we will replace it with another copy when possible. We will refund the purchase price and cost of return shipping in the event that a replacement is not available. Refunds will only be made when the returned item has satisfactorily been received by us. When returning a defective item please state the exact nature of the fault. Please note that we require notification/receipt of defective items within 28 days of purchase.
Cancelling an Item
Under the United Kingdoms Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. However, we regret we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for purchases of new compact discs and DVDs where the item has been unsealed for use or played in any way.
